Job Board > Postdoctoral Fellow - Universite de Sherbrooke
PhD candidates with a computational background in genomics, transcriptomics and/or cancer biology are encouraged to apply. You will have access to large WGS/WES and RNA-Seq datasets to identify cancer-specific antigens, establish translational pipelines and investigate molecular mechanisms underlying cancer specificity.
The start date is flexible and can be immediate as of February 2025. You will be joining highly collaborative research groups with strong expertise in RNA biology, transcriptomics and emerging cancer therapies, including cell therapies, cancer vaccines and oncolytic viruses. Our groups are well integrated in the Canadian and international cancer biology, RNA and computational biology communities. (https://www.usherbrooke.ca/recherche/fr/specialistes/details/lee-hwa.tai) at the Université de Sherbrooke, Canada, are jointly seeking a postdoctoral researcher in cancer immunotherapy.
Our labs use a combination of computational (transcriptomics and
genomics) and experimental (immunobiology, organoid culture, mouse models) approaches to develop targeted immunotherapies against high-risk cancers.
