Note: All rates are inclusive of the full meal plan which includes Sunday Welcome Reception, Monday three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), Tuesday two meals (breakfast, lunch), and Wednesday three meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
Refund Policy: An email to info@csi-sci.ca requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by March 19, 2025.
* A $35 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
* After March 19, 2025 no refunds can be issued.
Terms of Service:The conference registration fee is processed in Canadian dollars and payment is accepted online with MasterCard or Visa. Your registration fee will include the registration package as stated above. Once your online registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation receipt which will confirm your registration for the conference.
There will be a joint CSI-CCIC meeting focussed on Tumor Immunity and Immunotherapy April 16 - 17, 2025.

For CCIC Attendees only, you can register below for:
CSI-CCIC Day - Wednesday, April 16 ONLY (inc. breakfast, lunch & banquet dinner) - $300
CCIC Attendee - Wednesday, April 16 Banquet dinner ONLY (does not include sessions) - $120
Note for Wednesday only registrants: those registered for Wednesday only, will not have the opportunity for a physical poster at the Meeting as poster sessions will take place Sun-Tues. Wednesday only attendees who submit an abstract can be considered for oral presentations in Wednesday workshops (if applicable) and have the option to share their poster virtually via the mobile app.
