A block of rooms has been reserved at The Banff Conference Centre at a special conference rate (plus applicable taxes). Reservations can be made online or by phone. For phone reservations, please contact reservations at phone: 1-800-884-7574 or 1-403-762-6308 and specify you are with the "Canadian Society for Immunology 2019" meeting in order to obtain this rate.
Accommodation must be reserved no later than March 12, 2019.

The above rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and include the facility fee and applicable taxes.
In the event that a guest checks out prior to their confirmed check-out date, The Banff Centre will apply an early departure fee of $75 plus tax to the individuals account. Departure date must be confirmed at check-in to avoid an early departure fee.
***NOTE: if you are planning to stay off-site at another location, there is a mandatory Off-Site Delegate fee of $30/person/day plus taxes for individuals who do not have reservations at the Banff Conference Centre. This will be required in order to receive your meal pass for the meeting which is a mandatory part of your conference registration. Conference registrations and accommodation reservations will be verified.

The closest airport to The Banff Conference Centre is the The Calgary International Airport, located approximately 90 minutes by car. There is shuttle bus service to/from the airport offered by the Banff Airporter as well as Brewster Transportation. CSI has obtained a discount with both providers to offer you a variety of departure selections. Car rental service is also available at the airport.
